Can you please let me know what the maximum and minimum amount one can donate to Prime Minister's Natural Relief Fund and claim 100% deduction u/s 80G.

There is no limit Sir. Donate any amount and get 100% deduction
No lower and upper Limit for Donations to PM National Relief Fund. Whatever you donate, you will get 100% deduction under Section 80G of the Income Tax Act 1961.
