HI.

I have one doubt. Hope you people will help me.

I have one house which I sold in F.Y. 2010-11 and incurred capital gain(Long Term) of 525000.

I have sold it in march 2011.

For howmany months i have to pay interest for not paying Advance tax i.e. interest u/s 234B & 234C/

Please do reply as early as possible.

sir please clarify your doubt, give the particulars related to you and your property, like r u a business person, is the property used in business or elseg

I want to know whether interest u/s 234b & 234c will be applicable in this case or not?

If apllicable then for howmany monthes?

And its value?

I am individual with other source income. Property was my personal.
