We incorporate 1 LLP with 2 Partners but we want 3 partners in total in LLP. so after incorporation is it require to file form 3 first then addition of partner or 1st addition of 3rd Partner then form 3 is ok???

first addition of 3rd partner by supplementary agreement then file form 3 and 4 both and attach supplementary agreement in form 3
The incorporation process must be completed before making any changes in the structure of LLP. As LLP form-3 is part of incorporation process, it is necessary to file it within 30 days from the date of incorporation. MCA will charge late filing fees of Rs. 100 per day if it is not filed within the due date. Further MCA will not allow to file any other form before filing Form 3. After filing such form LLP can file the form for addition of partners (https://www.legalwiz.in/change-of-partner-in-llp).
