No Subscriber list is required to be attached with Form-1.
Simply fill the details of subscribers as desired by form-1.
New form-1 is silent regarding attachment of any list. MOA and AOA are the only mandatory attachments.

The Annexure for the Subscribers list is not compulsory attachment. You can file Form I without any list
