How to file LIC Commission Income of Rs 400000/- where assesse has no 80c savings. assesse wanted all his tds to refunded

It is business income you need to file ITR-4 for this with business code 0301 of general commission agent. Further from the gross receipts you can deduct deductible expenses under section 30 to 37.

Dear Ashok

As Vishal has told above do that apart from that assesee can get deduction under chapter VIA (i.e.80C, 80D so on) if any.
