Legal usage of rubber stamp india

Hi,

I need expert's advice on legal usage of rubber stamps in India. If a organization/Society is using rubber stamps then so they need to get it registered and approved somewhere or it is allowed by law to use Stamps without any authorization.

One of the legal issues, if you are misused of the stamp on any documentation, whether you are authorized or not.
