Ya it is Rs.10000....if articles registration fee of Rs.2000 has been paid earlier...

There is no such due date. You must be registered with ICAI as CA  Final Student before filling Examination Form. I myself appeared in May 2011 and got registered with ICAI in the month of Feb 2011.
