Dear all,
Please tell me for the purpose of ITR6 the meaning of Key persons. Does it mean only Director? I also want to know the source document from which i could get the exact information for filling the ITR6. How can use the Last year annual return to fill such details in ITR6.

Key persons stands for Managing director, whole time director & directors. U can take shareholding pattern from the prevoius year annual return, if not changed during the year. Beneficial owners stand for person having 10% or more share in the company....... these information can be taken from companies shareholding pattern of the current year.........
