Can an individual file both ITR 1 for his/her income from salary and ITR4/ITR5 for his/her income from consultancy?
Can an individual get an employment and also a consultancy relation from the same employer?
Is it allowed under corporate law?
Do you want to mean that an individual can be employed with an organization and also work as a consultant in the same organization and this is not illegal?
