Finally IT dept decided to the following :
"On consideration of representations recd from across the country,CBDT has decided to extend the due date for filing of ITRs & Tax Audit Reports from 30th Sep,2019 to 31st of Oct,2019 in respect of persons whose accounts are required to be audited.
Formal Notification will follow.

Extension till 31.10.2019 is for all those assessees whose due date of filing return is 30.9.2019. (whose accounts are required to be audited.)
Even if company is not under tax audit then also extended due date will apply as company is required to do audit under Companies Act.
Let's wait for notification for more clarity.
