ITR form wrong filed, whether 44AD available
If ITR 4 is filed instead of 4S, can assessee claim 44AD benefits during scrutiny??

For AY 2018-19, if you have filled form 4 for income declaration u/s. 44AD....... then it is correct.
Even if you wish you can revise it till 31.03.2019....
For A.Y. 2016-17, assessee filed ITR 4 instead of 4S..
No problem. And as such you cannot revise it now.
In case, its selected for scrutiny, you may revise it, at that time.
