hi everyone
can we file ITR for Ay 09-10 and AY 10-11 on same day or any time gap require between 2 ITR.

Yes, You can file Income tax returns for two years on same day, there is no such time gap required.But in case of any business return it is a better practice to file the returns after some time gap if the returns are filed well within due dates.
