Itr after death
if a person died on 30th sep 2019 and i need to file his return for the A.Y. 19-20.. Can i file his return?

You can surely file through legal heir.
First log in to your account on eFiling site then go to my account and then go to last button "registration as representative". Complete the process and then file ITR
