I m claim ITC for march 2019 return but ITC related to 2017-18
it's right or wrong
can I claim or not
if not then I 2017-18 ITC taken in annual return for the resone for excess itc paid or forward next year

In term of order 2/2018 , yes you can claim ITC for FY 2017-18 till 31/3/2019.
For FY 17-18 related ITC can be claim up-to 31/03/2019 as per extended time limits.
