Our client cub contractor is registered GST in Punjab. work is gujrat so that Bill Issue IGST Bill . Main contractor is Registered in Gujrat.
Please explain to you.

The sub-contractor should issue an IGST bill. Since the supplier is in Punjab and the Place of Supply (location of the work/recipient) is in Gujarat, it constitutes an inter-state supply regardless of where the physical work occurs.
