if ITC forgot to claim in March 19..and claim in July 19..is it right?

Nope if you have the tax invoice then you can claim ITC

You can claim itc of fy 18-19 till Oct . 2019

If ITC forgot to claim in March 19..and claim in July 19..is it right?

- Yes... It's right.

- No more limit of amount. You can claim as per Tax Invoices values.
