Since, C form and other statutory forms are required at the time of filing TRAN 1 to take credit and in case of non availability of such forms credit will not be available , therefore due date for filing of such form is till last date of filing TRAN 1 which is 31st Oct,2017 as of now.
Taxpayers who have not set-off their liability for GSTR-3B for July 2017 and have only done "Submit"of their GSTR-3B have been given option to edit, submit and file their Returns.
