Is Digital Signature mandatory for all Tax Audits for upload

no digital signature for e-filing is not mandatory but the hard copy of acknowledement copy should be send to Bangalore with 60 days from the date of e-filing made if digital signature was not available

Tax Audit Report as per present law not to be submitted to IT Department, but only to be kept for future reference if needed.

so no need for degital signature
