Ipcc direct entry scheme

No u have to 1st Complete your ITT n Orientation training programme then only u can register under articleship. For IPCC attempt u have to complete 9mnths of articleship training..BT after completion of OT and ITT training...

Agreed. 
 

IPCC under direct Entry ELigibility is 9 Months article training. 

To commence Training you have complete ITT & OP both. 

Once you have completed these two and obtained certificates ,yu can strt your training from the  next day of completion of both.

Hi sir,

      i have given my ipcc exam in may 2014 through cpt registration and i m awaiting my results. I m confident of clearing my subjects but i have a doubt of my aggregate. So my query is should i convert to direct entry registration scheme before results itself. if yes then if i clear my ipcc exam then will they consider my ipcc result or will i have to write ipcc exam again.if they consider my result then what are the procedure to cancel my direct entry registration then or should i wait for my results?

I saw it now, 
See if you convert in right now before results of IPCC into Direct Entry,
you have the benefi of strting Articleship(if u have completed ITT/OP).

So as you said you have appeared for May'14 ipcc, and meantime beforethe resullts you enroll into IPC(Direct Entry).

Results Positive of IPCC MAY'14: then your results will be considered obviously as no one is allowed to appear twice if a student Clear any group  

whereas if the 

RESULTS NEGATIVE: you have to complete 9 Months Articleship to beEligible for IPCC(again),so by this you may be eligible for May'15 IPCC.. 

NOTE: In no case the Registration can be cancelled..

 I have completed my itt and orientation programme. so according to you i can go ahead through direct entry registration before results itself, so can u please tel me if i pass out my ipcc exam which i have givem in may2014 den how should i cancel my direct entry registration and my articles will be counted from the date of result itself or from when i have joined my articles?

Hi, You can not cancel the registration if u once enroll into direct entry. That's what I have written earlier also that in no case u can cancel ur registratiin. So if u r enrolling now into direct entry u have to also strt articleship also from the very immediate effect. Therefore, after results if u r clearing also tgen you can enroll into finals. And if u don't clear then you have to Atleast conplete 9 months of articleship so as to be eligible for next ippcc attempt. Next thing if u commence ur articles from converting then the date will be conversion date or registratiin date. So if u r clearing also Ipcc of may14 then also ur registratiin of article date remains the prior date. Hope you have understood this tym what I have said. Regards, Ankit Gupta

Sir i have heard that there are many coarses which a direct entry student have to undergo and not the student who has done its registration through cpt so can you brief me with those coarses and can you recommend me that should i go for direct  entry registration before my results or wait for my results?

See if you are Clearing this may'14(1st Grup) , by the time yourresults are declared you would have completed your 2-3 months articleship period(You maybe ahead of those who will strt after results). 
Secondly, Ifyou clear your IPCC group, the same should be notified to your Nearest ICAI branch and Send them your MArksheet and Registration letter of Direct ENtry.

AStudent is eligible for IPCCexams under indirect Entry only when he/she has completed 9 Months of Articleship. So upon clearing your Grp I in May 14(Ifyou Enrolled Now forDirect Entry), then Most probably your GRP II will be Due in MAY'15 , becoz you willbe completing your 9 months just before the MAY'15.
IHope youunderstood this point. 

Now coming to the Next part, 
Courses to be done if u r a direct Entry into IPCC and a normal CPT Pass through Student:
1. ITT and OP (Which you have done, and no need to do again)
2.15days GMCS-I (fist year of Articleship)
3.15Days GMCS II (After 18 months of ARrticles&Before completion of Articles)
4.Advanced ITT (Third year of Articleship & before appearing for Final CAExams)

Now the Decision is yours that what to opt or to wait till results.. 
following points you should Remeber: 
1. Direct Entry is Good For those who are Graduates andAre not Able to Clear their CPT/IPCC. 
2.bythis they can atleast Commence their Articles and Move Further. 
3.As you are pretty much sure about the Grp I Result this time,then you should focus on GRP II Exams and Articleship. 
4.Limiting factor is you can not give november 2014 attempt in anycase if you enroll for Direct Entry IPCC. Direct May15 attemp. 
5. CA-Final Attempt Will be same(MAY 2017) if you strt in this month or in September 2014 your articles

My suggestion would be : 
Don't OPT for Direct ENrty. Start Articles after Clearing your GRoup I,as you are pretty much sure about it.
Just Relax these days,
Start studying For grup II Exams, as you can appear them in November'14,then why to delay them to May'15 via direct Entry. 
It's no harm that youwill strt your articles after results, this is usually done by everyone.
Make sure that you compete majority sylabus of GRP II exams, as you will commence your Articles after Results.
(Meanwhile you can search and visit the CA Firms near your locality (as per your choice) , that you want to do here only orsomething like that,strt premilimnary screening of Firms onevery singleaspect related to you comfort level.)

Can you tell me the portions which are going to change in may 2015 and in nov 2014 exam of ipcc?

Nothing To Worry About, I don't Know who spread these kind of Rumours, Totally Rubbish they are,kindly ignore them. 
As such no thing will happen as you said if you convert and your papers won't be checked. 
Total Baseless Immaterial Thing.
