We are accepting the photocopies of- investment paper for Allowing deduction us 80-C. Query Regarding that
Investment paper photocopies can be duly signed by the employee concern or not on behalf we accepted.

Dear Pramod,
Obviously no one would give his original investment proofs to his employer..
Further, it is not necessary that those photocopies to be signed by the employees, but best practices are to collect the(photocopies of) Investment proofs against a cover letter or an application on plain paper which is usally signed by the employee..
