As per section 16 of the CGST act 2017 for ITC you have to fulfil following conditions
1) you must have tax Invoice with correct GSTN no issued by supplier
2) you must received goods / service
3) Supplier must pay the GST to GOVT collected form you
4) receipent must file retrun
