INCOME TAX RETURN COMPANY F.Y 17-18
Is it possible to file income tax return for FY 16-17 and 17-18 of Private limited company now with any penalty??

In normal course you can not file.
However Company can apply to its jurisdictional AO or online e-filing site (under my accounts - Request) under 119(2)(b) for condonation of delay with genuine reasons and after it's approval you can file return.
I hope company Accounts are audited.
