Treatment of deductions shown in salary slip for GIS, Wheat Advance and Union Member Fund while filling ITR ??

GIS can be claimed as deduction u/s 80D if related to medical insurance premium or 80C if related to life insurance premium
what about deductions against Wheat Loan and Union Membership Fund ?
