Please tell me the procedure how to get back the refund amount, once the refund chq. issued by IT dept. has returned back due to change in communication address, after IT return filed.

you may have to file a change of address to the A.O. to get the refund cheque....
Hereafter tick the option (direct deposit into bank)
Dear Koti,
There is no set procedure, U have to follow up with ur Assessing Officer(AO) & as Balaji has mentioned AO might require to file an application for change of address.
