If individual service provider income is 40 lac andthen he can showing profit 28 percentage ?

He is in manpower supply business and turnover of business is approximately 40 lac and after showing expenses his profit is 28 percentage. Can he show this?

This is repeat query. You have raised under another post after raising this post

If you are talking about 44AD then
PVT LTD - it's not applicable
Individual - yes

Without 44 AD , as regular business income both Pvt LTD and individual can show it (no tax audit required)
