Yes. 54B and 54F claimed together.
If there is a sale of Agricultural land & the investments made against it is partly in agricultural land ie. to claim 54B deduction & partly in Residential house property to claim under 54F..
Is such deduction available?
Yes.
For claiming deduction u/s 54f assessee should not have any house.
