I incorporated a company a day back but the same is pending for issuance of PAN and TAN (Received CIN, which i can see if i open my MCA account but i haven't received a mail from MCA) and at the time of uploading SPICe form i have not mentioned registered office of the company. Since i know the company got incorporated, is tarted filling INC_22 but i am getting error at time of upload as mentioned below:
1. Use indivdual filling service
2. File INC_22 with form INC_7 or INC_2
then i started using form INC_7 but i am not able to use since number of subscribers to the MOA is 2 , INC_7 can be used only if it is more than 7.
INC_7 says use SPICe _32. However the same i have been uploaded at the time of upload for incorporation.
