Icai doesnt do this ..?

got a mail today from icsi ...it goes : 24th February 2014 Dear Student, I hope that you would have chosen CS course will all passion and enthusiasm. Now, after completing the coaching and required study, you have appeared for the examination and awaiting for the results, My good wishes to you all for the success in the examination as well as to become members of the Institute. Regards, R Sridharan President never got such kind of mail from ICAI.
