Dear Divya...dont be upset...I too failed in CA Final May 2014..but I qualified dis tym n now I am CA Vishal Agarwal..!!!!!

CA course is just like a boxing ring...defeat is not declared wen u fall down...it's declared when u refuse to get up!!!!

I know it's not so easy...but we have no other way...so just relax and you can watch CA Nitin Soni sir and CA Neeraj Arora sir videos in youtube. These videos are awesome. And read the interview of rankholders and just check out where u made the mistakes in your prepration.

Just know that 100 days is more than enough for BOTH groups , so what to talk about 1 group !!

You will get over the dirty & Frustrating feeling of failure within 2-3 days, dont worry....
(Same thing happened to me in May 14 - my 1st attempt, was feeling soo low ! But things got +ve & 5 months later, I qualified as a CA :)      )

but i think law and audit sylabbus has changed drastically from nov 14 to may 15...so those students who dint clear in nov 14 how shud dey study?

Even i got 191 Marks in my nov14 attempt.

Hey...I feel u have already cleared....something went wrong only in audit....U have put in lot of effort without which u cant get 191. Nothing to worry. That effort will help u clear in may 15.

As regards audit, first study Prof ethics, then Comp audit and audit report, then SAs. That too 700 + are very imp. Study Prac manual thoroughly and go through Sug ans to know how to write ans.

As regards law, master allied laws, Then in comp audit, MD, appointment, remuneratin, acc n audit...r imp. U have to go in this order. Study Prac manual thoroughly and go through Sug ans

I too failed. But i got exemption in Financial Reporting. It's my fourth attempt for I Group. I am now 42 years old and having family.

I cleared my PE-II in May 2004 after that came to Gulf for work. I tired to clear my Group II then but I got one exemption in Nov 2011  and cleared in Nov 2012.

If, I can then why you can't.

Be possitive. We have nothing to lose.

Dear Friends, 

Now we need smart study. i.e. should cover full scanner & also should make notes for last minutes revision. If we don't have goods notes for last minutes revision, we cann't secure good marks. 

I feel that for  Audit - Sumit Aggarwal is best book, as also have short notes for last minutes/quick revision & solved question paper for last 34 exams & practice manual. language is also easy.
