How bill becomes act?

           after rajya sabha it sent to the president's approval and after that it become act..

50% majority  required among the presented members of parliament on that day...

in case of a bill (other than finance bill) has to be approved by both houses of the parliament

there are 3 readings for each bill at both the houses

after approval by both the houses it is send to president for his assent

president can return the bill with his recomendations for consideration of parliament only once

if the bill is again sent for his assent with or without modification by parliament, the president has to have give his assent and the bill becomes a law from the date of assent of the president
