I have purchased a Flat through Loan from ICICI Bank and I am receiving Self lease rent from my company for that house every month @ Rs.9625/- and my company deducting Rs.3139/- towards House rent recovery every month from my salary then the net amount received towards Self leae is Rs.6486/- only.
in this case can I show Rs.6486 x 12 as annual rent received or the entire amount of Rs.9625/- x 12 should be shown while calculating Income from House property.

As your company is recovering Rs 3139/- , you will have to declare only the actual amount received by you. Thats Rs 6486/- per month.
