n if yes then y dey are not pointing out ICAI for some of its judgements like transfer and ol??

I must say wrong powers in wrong hands if still they don't do anything regarding transfers, stiphend, out of syllabus questions given in examinations (the topics which are specifically excluded by ICAI via notificatins, exemptions etc), outdated topics introduced in the course of CA.

Who is the chairman?

What is his contact number, mail id, office place?

What are its powers, duties, functions? Are the powers vested to the Association are authorised by ICAI?

So many questions nut no answers.. Where is NICASA ?????
