Today I have received a mail from ROC by Speedpost. Stating
Form No STK 1
" Notice by registrar for the removal of name of a company from the register of companies".
We have registered a company September, 2009. But we have not done any single transaction on this company till date(not working). And we have not any thing apart from register of DIN and ROC.
We want to close this company now. Please guide us.
1.How can we reply to ROC about closure of the company?
2.What is the procedure to process this compliant.
3.What are penalities and fees to be paid for ROC?
4.How much can a CA charge us for this whole process?
5.How many days need to close the company completely?
6. Can I close it in FTE( Fast track Exit) Mode?
