sir , a registered transporter should
collect tax @ 5% from consignee ? or should the consignee pay RCM @ 5 % to govt....
and if the consignee avails the services of a unregistered GTA..then is the tax implications same

sir in GTA is the responsibility of the transporter to remit 5 % tax to the govt
