Please note whether GSTR1 to be filed for those businesses whose annual turnover above 1.5 crores? If quarterly returns to be filed, what are the procedures for the same ?

On 22nd GST council meeting ll be give some relaxation to SME tax payers like below 1.5cr..... "No need pay monthly and can file quarterly based return....

yes what Raja sir told is currect and regarding the procedures, the govt has not yet issued any notification for more clarification.
