Not compulsory.
can be done through Adhaar based e signature.

You can file now and can use dsc later on also after uploading return

Dear Friends,

It is not mandatory to use DSC but i will suggest to use DSC because it will free from generating OTP.

To submit GST Registration Form you can use Aadhar OPT Option.
