If the Car is purchased for business purposes i.e. for further supply of vehicle or transportation of goods or passengers or imparting training on driving such vehicle.
If the car is purchased otherwise than above then, ITC cannot be claimed as per Section 17(5) blocked credits.
If the car is purchased otherwise than above then, ITC cannot be claimed as per Section 17(5) blocked credits.

No you cannot claim ITC on car purchase , except the condition mention by Mr Rakesh in his reply
