if employed directly then no gst because it will be an employee - principal relationship if employed through a contractor than pay gst on the amount charged by the contractor for providing labour
contractor will recover the gst from you and will deposit with the government.....you can take credit of that gst fully...so there is no point to recover gst from employee.
