Fund flow statement
FFS is the tool in the hands of finance manager for ascertaining the changes in finance position between two accounting periods.If more than two say three or four yearly balance sheets are given ,then in this case how will FM analyze the change?

analysis is lot more than theoretical education ..degree..CA..CS..etc..
There have been various business and their founders who used to take decision based on their analysis of facts..figures..data..and various other factors.. it does not require degree..but it requires tact and skill.
now come to the question..
every analysis has predetermined objective. no FM will analyze any data unless it is required for finding solution to a prosective query..
as far as data of more than two years are concerned..the FM may analyse the data on year to year basis.. bi yearly basis..he may seek the trend of fund flow.. he may be presenting budget for next year...
their can be any such objective. but for sure..their must be some objective..
