I have done job from April 2018 to may 2018 in one office and from June 2018 to march 2018 in another office. Both these offices are under the same govt. department. Should I take form no. 16 from these two
office separately or from the last office. Pleas advice me and sort out my query.

If TAN of both the offices is same......... single form 16 will be available.
Otherwise both deductors will issue Form 16 separately.
