No, since the accounts of the business/profession of the company have been audited under any other law. (i.e. statutory audit under the companies act). Hence, Form No. 3CA is to be used.

Form No. 3CA is to be filled in by the organisation which is needs to get audited by THE INCOME TAX ACT, 1961 and also by any other act. 

For Eg: Companies.(need to get audited under THE INCOME TAX ACT, 1961 and also by THE COMPENIES ACT ,1956) 

In simple/other words : Form 3CA is used for corporate assessees and Form 3CB is used for others who are not required to get sccountes audited in any other law also like proprietorship..one may refer rule 6 G of income tax rules...
