Dear members,
there is a private limited company "Company Z" in which there are two shareholders company A and Mr B representing Company A... and Mr B is the Director in the Company Z.
i am make Form 24 AA in which u hav to mention the number of shares he is holding in the Comay Z...
so wat it will be ...it will be Nil or i have to write the number of shares...

You will give details of Mr. B as he hold shares as nominee in Company Z.

Also, specify that holding shares on behalf of Company A in the Form 24AA for more clarification.
