Form 16 through traces

Dear Members,

We are facing a unique problem of TRACES unable to generate Form 16 inspite of correctly uploading the data on May 15 and again on June 7th with some minor corrections.The irony is We havent got any default message for the same and TRACES are also  not responding to the queries correctly.The problem is only on updation of Q4 data.

As the due date is 31.7.2013, how could this problem be solved?Has any one faced this problem?

We have spoken to TDS officers who do not have any clues about how this TRACES paltform works?

Kindly suggest a remedy measure.
