I want relief under section 89.
my DDO fill Q4 without entry of 89..now i recieve form 16 without entry of section 89..NOW what i do? what i can feel 10E online with ITR??

Yes, you can fill Form 10E along with ITR
you file the form 10E and wait for the intimation u/143(1) from the department . If in that intimation u are not given relief u/s 89 then will tell you what further can be done... but first do file form 10E to be eligible for further debate...
File form 10E for relief & also IT return.....
