Can any one tell me What is the response or procedure after sending the credential details to the given mail id. And in how much time (approx.) we can set the new pass ward or we can get the log in pass ward.

Respected Sir,

The standard response time of the Department is 24 hrs. but usually they take lesser time.

Also if one does not get any response through mail the he or she must contacy Aaykar Sampark Kendra  at  0124-2438000.
