Forget to fill question paper code and question paper number !

sir , actually problem is that I was FORGET TO MENTION/FILL my QUESTION PAPER CODE and QUESTIONS BOOKLET NUMBER on my OMR ANSWERSHEET in TAX LAW PAPER which held on 23rd DECEMBER 2014 CS EXECUTIVE programme so now can guide me what further I do , AND what was the chances available for me ?

not chaos !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!because you have a copy of  admit card and signed with the invigilator .........

if you not mention your registration no and Roll No then it it is worry ...as far as i understand.

eminent members/expert please comment and lead to mr.Ankit...
