What are the procedures for filling returns, do I have to disclose all Income earned earlier?

yes all the earning u have to disclose for concern year

like april to march

You don't have to disclosed income of earlier year, only income for the relevant year to disclose.
For eg - Return filled for AY 17-18 than you have to show income between 1/4/16 to 31/3/17

u can filied  returns for last 2 years

before that wait for income tax notice if comes

otherwise forget it
