Query: Can anyone tell me if there is any specific notification as to whether the FDI in India can be used for operating expenses or not? Is there any case law that debars it?
Also - what are the ways to use use FDI - does FEMA or any otehr Act specify the same?

I think it can be used for any purpose execpt in real estate, stock market and agriculture field
