ECB(EXTERNAL COMMERCIAL BORROWINGS) ITS NOTHING BUT 

Loans taken from Non residents just like loan from our Nationalised Bank for that since In our nationalised bank we are following some rules and regulation to obtained the loan same like that for non residents we want complied with some rules its should be granted by RBI obvious since other currency coming to India for that two routes are there

1.Automatic route

If the condition specified under this we can go as easily not required to get seprate apporval otherwise

one should opt for Approval Route
