Yaar relax, don get tensed. If ur tensed, your mind wont work and it may impact your performance adversely in the examination. Just try to recollect what ever you have studied in a relaxed frame of mind. Exam is a mind game, so to do well just focus on things which you have already covered. Do not venture into newer areas, if you have not touched it before.
Sir is practise manual enough for cafm practise.
